All orders are shipped via UPS. Please keep in mind that the above shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. We cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval, though we will try to minimise any potential delays.
Customs taxes
The customer is responsible for the payment of customs taxes if any.
The amount of customs taxes is calculated according to the law applicable in the destination country and will be communicated to you by the carrier if any import duties are applicable.
In the event that the taxes are not paid and the shipment is refused or abandoned as a result, the shipment expenses and the customs taxes will be deducted from the total amount of the order and only the difference will be reimbursed.
Return policy
If for any reason you decide to return something you can do so within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached and the original packaging included. Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition will not be refunded and may be sent back to you.
How to return
Follow the instructions on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
You are welcome to email us at info@yycut.com to tell us you’ve returned the parcel.
We recommend that you take note of the tracking number in case anything goes wrong so that we can track your item.
Please remember responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us.
Refunds
On receipt of the parcel we will verify the integrity of the items before accepting your return and requesting the refund.
The refund is issued directly to the card used for the original purchase and in the same currency.
Card refunds can take up to 10 working days depending on your bank’s processing time – please note that we are unable to influence this.
